Sunday, November 9th

9:45am Clinic Check In (if not in first clinic, come 15 mins before your clinic for check in)

10am SERVING 1 of 2 TECHNIQUE SCHOOL

• Players will learn proper serving technique for stand float, jump float, and jump spin with high reps.

1045am SERVING 2 of 2 AND SETTING 1 of 2 TECHNIQUE SCHOOLS

• Players can do half serving and half setting or all serving or all setting.

• Serving: will advance to serving zones and targets while keeping technique focus. Setting will intro our footwork and hands and put them together.

1130am SETTING 2 of 2 TECHNIQUE SCHOOLS

• Players will learn our technique and advance to situational setting of the left side, right side, middles, and dumping.

1215pm DIGGING 1 of 2 TECHNIQUE SCHOOL

• Players will learn digging technique and diving technique for tips, deep balls, short balls, and roll shots.

1pm JUMP & BALANCE SESSION (30 mins)

130pm DIGGING 2 of 2 TECHNIQUE SCHOOL

• Players will learn digging technique for driven balls and hard balls.

215pm PASSING (SERVE RECEIVE) TECHNIQUE SCHOOL

• Players will learn proper passing technique when receiving a serve.

3pm HITTING TECHNIQUE SCHOOL

• Players will learn and focus on hitting technique.

** Ask about scheduling a private lesson **

3:45pm Camp Check In (if you have already been to clinics, you do not need to check in again)

4pm - 6pm CAMP SESSION 1 of 2

• Within the camp portion, athletes will be divided up by age and position and will develop skills and prepare for game situations, session 1.

630pm - 830pm CAMP SESSION 2 of 2

• Within the camp portion, athletes will be divided up by age and position and will develop skills and prepare for game situations, session 2.

CAMP OPTIONS:

• TECHNIQUE SCHOOL | $50 each when doing multiple sessions ($75 when doing one)

• JUMP & BALANCE SESSION | $50 Bundled With Other Clinics

• SWAG BAG | $50 bundled with clinics ($75 alone)

EXPLANATIONS:

1. TECHNIQUE SCHOOL: SPECIFIC SKILL & TECHNIQUE TRAINING. EACH INDIVIDUAL PLAYER’S REPS WILL NOT AFFECT ANOTHER PLAYER. THIS IS WHERE YOU GET BETTER AS AN INDIVIDUAL.

2. CAMP: GROUP STYLE IN PREPARATION TO PLAY LIVE. EVENTUALLY PLAYERS WILL COMBINE TOUCHES WITH OTHER PLAYERS. THIS IS WHERE YOU PREPARE TO PLAY WITH A TEAM.

3. JUMP & BALANCE SESSION: DESIGNED TO IMPROVE YOUR JUMP & JUMP SAFELY
