Chris P Austin created the Setter | Hitter | Libero College Brand in 2016 along with Lynn Flanagan, to add a level to the game of volleyball that was seriously missing: The IQ of an athlete and coach.
The name comes from the intense focus of the training and the primary position that is looked upon for leadership. The goal and mission of Setter | Hitter | Libero College is to give each athlete and coach the opportunity to earn the mind of the best players to ever play the game.
Chris has since built his brand beyond volleyball and coaches adults and youth across the country in mastering their mentality, guided by his Six Phase Process. What will always be a passion and hold a special place for Chris P Austin is volleyball and the training process of youth and adults who are serious about taking their game to the next level… beginning with their mentality, technique, leadership, and IQ!
Lynn Flanagan | Vice President
Lynn is the backbone of the Setter | Hitter | Libero College operations, and if you have had any involvement, has likely been your point of contact. Lynn has been with Setter | Hitter | Libero College since the creation and is the person in charge of organizing events, customer relations, and follow up.
If you have questions about Setter | Hitter | Libero College, or reviews that you would like to share, Coach Lynn is who you go-to. Her passion is guiding athletes through what tools will be necessary to excel at the next level that they seek. Use her as a resource, you will be glad that you did.
Lynn played Division 1 basketball at Loyola Marymount University and held the points scoring record. She then coached 20 years at LMU as the associate head coach and head of recruiting. She is out go-to for recruiting expertise as well.
