course options

university course

University course is our invite only program for current college players, 9th to 12th grade college prospects and select incoming 9th graders.  This course is designed for setters who already play or aspire to play at the University level, have played and compete for championships.  The invite only tag makes it certain that the course is comprised of players who are serious about the game and want to become the best setter and leader possible.

The University course experience teaches you how to excel on the court, how to practice, and what things to practice.  You will learn how to be effective against defenses and the orchestrator of offenses.  On court training, classroom essentials, and video analysis are all included.

prep school course

Prep School course is open to future college prospects in high school and middle school players. This course is designed for setters and secondary setters who want to understand the game in it’s entirety. You will learn the footwork, technique, mindset, and the responsibility of every position on the court from the setter role.    During the Prep School course, you will experience classroom sessions that teach the importance of terminology and leadership, be run through video sessions in order to understand the intricacies of setting and leading a team.

beginners course

This course is open for beginners in 5th - 10th grade who are seeking to learn the game and begin their learning from the setter’s perspective.  The time spent on the court will be an intensive repetition of concepts to stand out early in your volleyball experience.    The classroom and video sessions will put you on the fast track to verbal cues and a leadership role.
